After 23 years of being in the Sporting Goods business, The Sports Outfit finally brings its LOW prices, SUPERIOR custom stringing, KNOWLEDGEABLE customer service and HUGE team discounts to the Internet. The Sports Outfit Carries the full product lines of Brine, DeBeer, Shamrock, Sport Helmets, STX, Stryke, Under Armour and Warrior. Other than Lacrosse, we also carry merchandise for Baseball, Basketball, Football, Officials Gear, Uniforms and more.
Return Policy
1) Call 315-488-2121 for return instructions.
2) All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
3) Items improperly sized may be exchanged for correct sizes at no charge unless over-sizing charges apply.
4) Merchandise not subject to manufacturer warranties must not be worn or used and returned within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Custom Helmets will receive up to a 25 % restocking fee.
5) Merchandise subject to manufacturer warranties vary from 30 days to 1 year maximum.
6) Custom Items:
a. Orders with specific instructions must be ordered by either faxing 315-488-2188 or email customerservice@sportsoutfit.com
b. For dyed items we will make every effort to obtain desired shades/hues but cannot guarantee exact compliance.
c. For custom strung Lacrosse sticks, we will make every effort to produce as instructed. Warranty on the stringing is 30 days.
Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to ship all stock orders out within 48 hours. Please allow 3 days for custom strung sticks and approximately 5-7 days for dyed heads. If a product has to be ordered, figure about 7-10 business days but we will contact you if this is the case. All shipping is done via UPS. If there is any reason you need an order quicker than UPS ground, please call us at 1-800-949-0355.
Currently we are only shipping within the US.
Our website is has over 500 products on it and is growing on a daily basis. The tasks of adding new products, updating prices and descriptions, editing pictures, etc. can sometimes become very overwhelming. If for some reason you should find items that do not have prices yet or are listed at $0 (these items are not free, they just haven't been priced yet) then please feel free to contact us at 1-800-949-0355 or email us and we will give you the correct prices. Wouldn't it be nice if all lacrosse stuff was free!
